Any of you Utah archers tried the course? Is it worth a a couple hour drive? How are the facilities? What does it cost?

The UBA State Formal shoot is out there this weekend. That is 90 arrows at 60 yards, 50 yards and 40 yards on a roughly 48" target. Lines are at 9:00am and 1:00pm on Sat. 10:00am Sun.

When you say "shoot the course", I don't know what you mean. They have 3D tournaments out there occationally, but I don't think it is left up to shoot any old time.

Here's the number on the flyer for this weekends shoot. I would guess these guys could tell you what the regular shooting hours and such are. Jay Walk 435 884 3410, or Bryan Warr 435 882 6795

Cheer,
Pete

I live in Tooele and don't think that it would be worth a two hour drive. You probably would get just as much practice in on a 3-D target in the backyard. If you're out here though, it would be worth checking out.
