This guy didn't even have a tag...he just figured it was worth the slap on the wrist he will probably get. For some guys, once the antlers are big enough, common sense and the law fly out the window.

The guy is not a hunter. Another case of poor reporting. No license, etc. Just a reckless poacher, being purposely lumped into the greater "hunter" definition my a media intent on smearing us all.

If this is in Pa. I"am surprised that they didn't add posession of a pistol to his violations. As Pa. isn't a very friendly carry state. Just another Knot Head helping the hunter and firearms owners out with good press.
