I think he does a very good job addressing a lot of the concerns we all discuss regularly here in regards to Mule Deer population trends.
He makes a strong biological argument for focusing on Trophy management vs Opportunity management. Basically without the older age-class bucks we end up with more second cycle breedings and fawns born late. Makes sense.
