Yep, just keep trying until you get through. Their server isn't the best for handling big loads when it comes to the last day to apply for a license or the first day for lefovers either!

Took me about 15 minutes and 30 trys. I went off the "overload" homepage and went to the normal homepage got through the firat time...maybe just lucky?
