Crowds in Region W

I have a W tag for the first time this year. How crowded is it on the opener in the Muddy Mtn. area? I have hunted UT, ID, and CO general season OTC hunts, so I have seen a crowded hunt or 2. Is it on par with those type of hunts for crowding? Also, any advice on strategies that tend to work well in region W? Thanks for any info.
