LAST EDITED ON Oct-17-04 AT 11:17AM (MST)[p]I have been using Thunderhead 125 for close to 20 years now, but am concidering going to a lighter tip to match my ICS Carbon 400 arrows , anyone use the new Crossfire 100gr broadhead yet?
thanks

I am useing that head this year, & I took 2 4 point bucks and a 3 point bull elk with them they fly so awesome I am shooting a goldtip pro 75/95 and a 70lb bowtech pro-40 they fly identical to my feild tips out to 90 yrds. I can't say enough about how I feel about this head I shot 5 differnt heads this summer and this head is by far the best head I have ever shot. On 1 mulie buck this year I had a complete pass through at 60 yrds breaking his far shoulder. the replacement blade cartridge is so sweet and easy to change, give um a try you wont be disapointed.

Thanks for that, I was hoping to get possitive feedback, the concept looks so good , I was reluctant to experiment at almost $12 per,
but as arrow speed goes up it is so important to have a ballanced arrow.

They are the best flying broadheads I have ever shot. They fly exactly like my field tips. The cheapest I found them was through Mountain Archery. I have yet to kill anything with them but they look like they will hold up.
