Creative "filler" snacks

I usually eat dinner at 6 and will eat a snack in between dinner and bed. I want to start eating healthier as I'm reaching 200 pounds so I need to watch what I eat while I go back to exercizing. Fruit gets boring......what do you eat as a healthy snack?

Thats the plan, BESS. I'm not out of shape but shouldn't be 200 pounds. I usually walk around at 190. Time to hit the treadmill....

Fruit and whipped cream goes good with boobs! Leads to a good workout depending on you of course.... Best diet plan I've seen....

That snack between dinner and bed is what's putting the weight on. Try eating a larger lunch. That's when your digestion is at full strength. Eat a light healthy breakfast and a light healthy dinner. Or if you always eat at 6 you can eat a larger dinner as well. Just pay attention to how you sleep. You don't want to be digesting food all night long. You should wake up hungry but don't overdue breakfast as your digestion has been resting all night. Snack less and eat more whole foods, grains, fruits and greens and you'll shed pounds with ease! This will reset your digestion and turn your body into a fat burning machine which is a steady slow burning energy all day everyday. You won't experience the peaks and valleys of snack eating energy.

I see what you're saying Horsecreek. So even healthy snacks are bad at night because my digestion isn't working while I sleep?

I have never had a Dew in my life, BESS., I know you might think its blasphemous....but I just don't like anything other that Coke and Coors Light. :)

Kenny- I won't get too much into my sex life...but my right arm is as tone as an Olympic gymnasts! LOL J/K

Not sure if you ever got a serious answer.

Cheese sticks (most are mozzarella and a good lean protien) good with an apple also. I put mine in a microwave for 5 seconds first.
Keep some tuna salad made up in the frig.

Keep some shelled walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios in the freezer. Just do not eat to many. Eat a few walnuts and in about 10 minutes the edge will be off your hunger.

Little bit of peanut butter on half an apple.

Jerky.

Half a balance bar.

all good late night snacks

BESS- It was an evening, around 7 pm that they called and I had been dringing since 4! I guess i was right all along! For a few days, you had me guessing though.....plick! Too funny

Wiz when your in town stop by the clubhouse for a visit. STTM has lost a lot of pounds on the programs we offer. :)
