New method for counting grizzly bears in the Yellowstone area. The eco-elites are on board with this?

The frustrating thing about this article is that a "activist group" that probably doesn't have a large predator biologist on staff is the only group quoted in the article. If would sure like to hear the paper quote groups that tend to be more credible (not blatent activists) i.e. National Wildlife Federation.
This is half the problem with the ESA is somehow groups like Defenders have gained creditability in the main stream. Its a sad day.

It is a sad day when we have to allow the public to comment so we can see if we know how to count or not. Once they count and find that there really are "a lot of bears on the landcape" it will still get challenged in the courts.
