Conetrol Scope Rings/Bases?

Was just reading a article in a magazine about them and they look pretty cool. The concept of how they work also sounds good but I don't think I've ever seen them or talked to anyone that uses them but somebody must.

So what do you know? Seems they would be good for a lightweight mountain rifle.
