Colorado Style Green Chili

Anaheim and Jalapeño Peppers. Onions, Pork, Diced Tomatoes, Garlic Cloves, Cumin, Cayenne, Salt.

I am saving my Hatch for a few other dishes. I added a little Tobasco Sauce and the heat is just right. Our home grown Jalapeños didn't have any kick at all and Anaheims were weak too.

I make a decent chili, but have some co workers that make magnificent green chili definitely a staple at work

Soup and Chilis both can be phenomenal. Some of the best soup I made was a Ribeye soup that had veggies and macaroni. I had Bison Chili 2 nights ago at a restaurant and it was pretty good.

I like that idea especially as it cools off, I feel like I might have a mutiny if I suggested throwing ribeye into soup haha but it sounds delicious. How are you cooking it?
