That's weird. They just told me that you can apply online.

Then you must have talked to someone that either thought you were a resident or doesn't know that non-residents cannot apply on-line. For sheep, goat and moose in Colorado non-residents must apply by mail.

Just another case of misinformation. Is that a word. I told her I was a non-resident.

Don't know if this will work or not but I ended up downloading an application off the Colorado DWR website & sent it in by snail mail.

You can apply online, if you're a non-resident, but not for sheep or moose.
