Colorado preference points?

Can someone give me a link to the CO preference points page. The one that shows how many points are needed to draw a tag in each unit. I found this http://wildlife.state.co.us/database/ but when I click the year I want to view it does nothing. Specifically looking for unit 61 ML'er deer data.

7 points minimum, 8 points maximum for both res and nonres. Don't have a link for you...

If you put in for 3rd season deer in 61 as a nonresident you stand a chance getting drawn with 5 points. My buddy did just that last season. I figure I'll draw with 6 this year. You don't need 7 or 8. That would get you drawn for elk, though.
