Colorado archery advice

Hi, I'm new to the site, and looking for advice. I'm starting to plan a diy mule deer / elk archery hunt for 2013. I will have 2 pts. When I apply. I have hunted region g in Wyoming before but this will be my first hunt in Colorado. So any advice at all would be appreciated. Thanks.
