CO Units 71/711

I posted this in the CO Forum, but not enough traffic there.

I have a friend with three deer points. Is 71 comparable to 70? Or, should I advise him to hold out a couple more years? pc

I don't think its comparable plus you are dealing with much more private lands in 71/711 esp. if he is looking at 3rd or 4th rifle.
