LAST EDITED ON Feb-03-16 AT 03:55PM (MST)[p]are these permits any easier to draw for nonresidents or just as hard. does the rancher have to allow u access to his place or does he dictate exactly where u hunt. i only have six points in utah and was wondering if i could draw one of these tags and not have to wait 20 years to draw a tag. i don't need a premium le hunt but thought this type hunt might be better than a gen otc tag? oh yeah i got the letters backwards for cwmu

cmwu are for residents only! unless you buy the tag from the land owner

you could always buy an auction tag. they are 100% tax write off and will not affect your points or give you a waiting period. just a thought
