Christensen Optics

Has anyone ever heard of Christensen Optics? Do you know if their binos and scopes are any good?

I've looked thru them at the Hunt Expo and ISE show in Utah this year. At the ISE show they let me take them out back and look up into the Wasatch Front at low light and they seemed like a great deal for the quality to me. They're a brand new company and I think that scares some people into buying them though?? You won't find much info on C.O.'s but I think for the money the Zen Ray 8x43 bino is the best deal on binos right now and the Christensen Optics 85mm (I think it comes angled or straight??) is the best deal on a higher quality spotter...IMO...

I have made inquiries to Christensen Optics about their product. I never heard back from them. They are the only optics outfit I have ever asked questions of and never heard back from.

I found a Leica 77 Televid on sale and went that one. It was more money but worth having the confidence I made a good choice.
