Charged for Ice!

Went out to one of the local restaurant/bars the other day for some drinks. One of the guys I was with had two mixed drinks and when the ticket came it showed that he had been charged .50 cents per drink for ROCKS! It literally said "rocks" on the receipt.

Oh and another guy with us ordered an ice water and never got charged. WTF?

Business owners can do what they want and we can choose not to go there. I would ask them to explain it then never darken their door again and tell everyone I know. That is just stupid.
