CELL PHONE COVERAGE????

Was wondering what cell phone companies work best in Wyoming out of the following, Verizon Wireless or Sprint. Ill be hunting East of Riverton, Unit 67 Antelope and then also Up by Kaycee. Thanks again.

Union, works best... But you should be alright in that area with either company...

sprint really is really covered in wyoming. verizion and at@t are the 2 biggest ones around. at@t kinda sucks cause they just took over alltel and coverage really went south. i had to switch to verizion and i know kaycee is defintaly covered there.

Thanks guys. I currently have Verizon and am ready to renew. Thought about Sprint for a minute. I'll stick with Verizon.

You guys must have some boosters or something. I can't get squat for cell service in the eastern half of 67...

Here is some info for you guys with Verizon.

If you are in an out of area (away from your home area) on your phone:
Enter *228 Press 2 then SEND.

This will update Roaming Capabilities (every 30 Days)

Got this from a store Rep when I complained about not being able to get coverage in s/w Colo.

I will be trying this in late Oct when I go back down there if the coverage is still the same as it was 4 years ago.

Thanks Kilowatt. Always forget about that option when leaving my home area, and I install equipment for cell phone towers.!!!!LOL
