CC in Wyoming

Has anyone recently gone through the CC process in Wyoming? My Utah CC is expiring in May, and Utah has changed it's process somewhat. They will not renew, out of staters, unless that person has one from their resident state. I would like to just get the Wyoming. It looks like surrounding states, honor Wyoming. All but Colorado. Thanks for any info.

I had the same BS problem with Utah. My cc expired 4 months after moving to Wyoming and Utah wouldn't renew until I get the Wyoming CC. I think this was intended to take away the CC that they handed out like candy over the years to nonresident. I took the class and our instructor made use shoot at the range before passing us off I lived in Utah. Now I'm being punished by the State of Utah for moving away.
