Caught the lil POS

He's obviously not just a game law violator and I hope they lock that SOB for awhile to make it a point that this crap will not be tolerated. It was solved with citizen input and that's the only way things like this will be stopped because there just aren't enough G&F Wardens to do the job all by themselves!
 
Make it a felony!!!


Government doesn't fix anything and has spent trillions proving it!!!
Let's face it...After Monday and Tuesday, even the calender says WTF!
 
The article indicates it is a felony. The question is what the judge will do with hit. His attorney will naturally try to bargain to a lesser charge. How solid the evidence is and how important it is to the prosecutor will be key.
 
The guy sounds like a dirtbag with all those different charges. It's ridiculous he got a suspended jail sentence and only $100 fine for the fishing violation with al those other charges pending. He needs the book thrown at him IMO!!!
 
Glad they caught him. It's even better to see some people on MM that are against poaching instead of the usual pro poaching comments we all see on the wolf threads.
 
For the area it wasnt even a big bull,one of a bunch of young bulls that hung out by the road every winter just outside town.
