Casper Hotels Updated

In a earlier post I asked for and got suggestions for hotels to stay at in Casper. We had stayed at the super 8 on CY ave the last two years but knew the rooms were two small for three people. I called to see if they had any bigger rooms, which they did, so I booked with them. Well as you can guess, when we arrived our big room was not saved for us. We spent the night in a hideously small and horrible smelling smoking room. The big room would not be available for 5 days so we moved over to the best western on the east side of town. No exaggeration the room we got was 3X the size. 4 people would be comfortable in this room. It had two queens plus a couch that folds out to a bed. There was plenty of room for a roll around if you had a fourth guy. We had better breakfast plus the hot tub was a great way to end the day.

Gotta love those smoking rooms! We stayed in a hotel once in Glenrock where it was the same way....horrible smell but didn't have much of a choice. It kept us out in the field more so that was good.
Any pics of what you harvested over there?

We didn't get any worthy of posting photos. 3 of the bucks were 14" but nothing special. We hunted unit 25 for bucks and 22 for does. All our tags were purchased in the left over pool. This hunt was a late decision because we didn't get the tags we were expecting. It was still a blast, to many stories to remember
