You guys do not have to worry about Eel being safe in his little kayak. He carries sea lion and shark protection with him at all times. The protection is contained in his shoulder holster with a 6 inch barrel.
Eel is also known as the Dirty Harry of the seas and he don't care sea lions are protected.
