Buddy of mine was elk hunting during 4th up there… said he glassed up 4 different monster bucks, 3rd and 4th would have been prime this year with the snow and cold!

I had a friend of a friend with a 4th season deer tag but he got pretty sick and didn't get out much but shot one the last day but nothing huge. He didn't want the pic posted.

Lots of big bucks hit the dirt that won't make the internet rounds especially on here. I also have pics of a 200" rocky mountain bighorn that came from a supposed trash unit this past fall.

I’d love to see it. That’s an incredible number to hit in any state, especially Colorado.

It’s ridiculous to think “all” the big bucks will get killed. Too many deer and too much country to eradicate them all.

Its also ridiculous to believe the population can drop significantly without a corresponding decrease in big bucks. Factor in the targeting of mature males and it’s even more unlikely that the numbers will be the same.
