Camping near Salmon

Can anyone recommend a good campground /area to camp near Salmon this fall ? Ill be staying in a trailer and don't want to stay in any of the RV parks/campgrounds in town , thanks

There are many spots along the salmon river road to pull off a trailer...

I drive back and forth to Swan Valley every 10 days or so. I've noticed a few nice little campgrounds South of town. There are also a few to the North. I see a lot of people camped at Birch Creek, but that's a ways from town. mtmuley
