Call of the Wild helps retired teacher live life, fight cancer

Raghorn,

Great article, we all, your wife and you,know
cancer is just a word.

No longer is it a death sentence, but a chance to enjoy all
the beautiful world we live in.

Isn't it funny how when we get the word, the things we did worry about seem to vanish as we enjoy the good in everyone.

Hang tough you 2 , I'll be thinking about you both when I watch my next sunrise.

Thank you, Raghorn! Thank you very much! I also am fighting cancer that was found last August.
I missed my first hunting season in fifty years, last season and am determined to not miss this next one!
Very inspiring for me!
Thank you!!!!

NickW;

Remember it's just a word!

Yea, it can knock us down, but fight my friend
and you WILL get back up and enjoy the great outdoors for many years to come.

Hang in there, Nick! It's a rough road but it can be overcome.

My wife was originally diagnosed in 2001 and was given a clean bill of health in 2007. We had our first chil late in 2008 and in the last 6 months it has reared it's ugly head again. The scary part is that they don't know the extent of the disease or precisely where it is. We're hoping to figure that out in the next week!

RaghornHS;

My best to your wife/ both of you two really.

Make every day the best it can be. I know there are days that, well, are very hard to get thru.

I know you do, but give her a big hug from all of us here who care.

Keep smiling!

I think of all my fallen buddies, and those who hurt-

EVERY TIME I SEE A SUNSET ! ! !

Raghornhs;

Hey man I'm sorry!

I'm just a stupid old man-

I replied to the same man twice.

Forgive me.

Steve
