We had a bull down in Sept out there and anotehr tag to fill and the Butcher Shop in Rock Springs did a quick debone and wrap and froze the trim to fit our coolers. Was a big help in the heat and affordable and allowed us to continue hunting. Didnt have anything processed, but appreciated the service and their young kid working a Sunday to take care of the bull.

I've used The Butcher Shop in Rock Springs on a Antelope Hunt With no issues.
