My dad has a type 1 unit 35 elk tag so we'll be there Oct 13th thru ????? Never been to the area , looking forward to exploring some new country!

270---You won't be disappointed as it's some absolutely gorgeous country. If you hunt hard and have a little luck, you should do well. Take plenty of pictures, especially of that big bull your Dad shoots!!!

Well, I'll be a little south of there 1st week of October chasing antelopes but I stay in Kaycee at the KC RV - really nice folks run the campground.
