Brunton Optics

Anyone have any experience with Brunton Optics?? I am in the market for a spotting scope and have been eyeing the Vortex Skyline ED. I can pro deal the Brunton ED spotter through my work for less than I can pay retail for the Vortex but don't have one on hand to look at. Any feed back appreciated.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-15-09 AT 09:39PM (MST)[p]My brother has the big 85mm Eterna. It's a good scope but for the money I would bag the Vortex and Brunton and get the 82mm Nikon Fieldscope ED. Do you want to buy something from a bunson burner manufacturer or an optics company???

I bought the Nikon 82 ED myself. Fantastic spotter, on par with my neighbor's Zeiss 85 T FL.

yes brunton optics are well worth the $$ hands down some of the best glass out there..I own their 15 x 51s Eternas crystal clear glass..

While I do not have much experience with their spotting scopes, I have owned several pairs of Brunton binoculars. They are a very good value and have a great company that values their customers standing behind them.
