my dad drove from washington and is in vernal. going to scout around any help is appreciated. going to go down seep ridge road to start. this is for rifle deer tag

Tell him to concentrate on the divide road (runs east and west) this is the highest elevation. Drive or hike out any of the ridges that run north off of the divide road to find the deer right now. Deer will move north (lower elevation) by the rifle hunt. The seep ridge road ends at the divide road.
