Book Cliffs - Pottable water source???

Guys,

I'm leaving for my Books Rifle hunt on Wednesday and as I begin to pack my stuff up I got to thinking about water. I am taking a bunch (100 gallons or so not to mention about 15 gallons of drinking water) with me as it is but was wondering if anyone knew if that water tap down South Canyon (by the little forest service cabin) would still be flowing this time of year or if they have it shut off by now? If it is off, does anyone know of any other potable water sources out there that would keep me on the mountain rather than having to make a trip back to civilization??

it was running in august when i was bear hunting not sure about now though. pr spring is the other source, but it may be shut off also.
