Book Cliffs CLOSED to 4-Wheelers

Just an FYI, that the Vernal Utah BLM finally adopted their management plan after years of comments, protests, etc. And, the new plan does not allow ANY off road motorized travel in the Book Cliffs. It is now illegal to take an ATV, UTV, jeep, truck, etc. off existing roads. I hope this cuts down on the number of people going cross country out there.

Good deal!! I like it! There is plenty of access points on the Bookcliffs on existing roads anyway.

Hell yeah! They need to find a better way to enforce that everywhere. Maybe awarding those who turn in the law breakers.

its a good step but i don't think it will help much. A lot of the areas i shed hunt are closed to atv's and it doesn't stop the b@st@rds
