Has anyone on the forum hunted this archery hunt and had success?

Big bulls?

Depends on what you classify as big. Is it like San Juan,Monroe, etc., no. But, if you are happy chasing 300-330 bulls with a few being bigger, then it is a really good hunt. If you have your sights set on 350+, it may not be a fun hunt and you either need to wait out a unit like San Juan or step up and buy a tag for 15-20k.

Of course, that is just my opinion and what I have seen.

300 to 330 seems to be the norm from down there. Guys do kill bigger bulls than that every year, but the pretty much live down there all summer long and earn them...
