Here is the problem as I see it. The women who are the most likely to show more skin in public, are most likely the ones who shouldn't. Think about it. You go to Walmart and see ten women scantily clad. At least nine out of the ten will redefine gargantuan. They will be the same 9 who have their kangaroo pouch hanging out over their short shorts for the world to see.

You sure you aren't describing the Vernal, Utah Walmart? Boy some of these women must not ever look in a mirror and if they do they must blind. Heck, its better than the zoo or circus freak show!
