my nephew still traps down there in N, cali he said that bobcats were gonna be off limitts from here on out, any one else read anything about it?

Haven't heard that, just that you can't use dogs.

I think you can still use "Kali approved" traps.

Thinking in a couple of years you'll have to use a baseball bat to "dispatch" them after they make guns illegal here.
