Bobcat Bess and tomcat tags

Bobcat bessie, I just can't seem to catch a break here in Tardville. I've had trail cameras up for 5 years. I finally saw my first bobcat on trail camera. He was a huge, beautiful tomcat. The only problem is, every year I try to by a bobcat tag and they're sold out. In Utah your allowed to buy 4 bobcat tags a year. Any thoughts on bagging a nice cat bess ? The competition is tough with Utards harvesting so many cats.
