memory that popped up. It was your halibut post.

Years ago I worked for a seafood store in Denver for a summer between undergrad and grad school.

Mostly we sold fresh seafood, brought in daily from Stapleton Airport.

Sometimes we cooked/catered events. Most of these events were for the 'old' rich of Denver...The original Broncos owner and such. After catering events we were to consume both the unused food and keg beer leftover. The only rule was clean up your mess. Some nights I felt like I rolled out to the lot to go home.

Good memories of 40 years ago.
