Billy is home!!!!!!

This is my 2011 resident mountain goat. Did half a lifesize mount. I love his September coat. I am impressed with the taxidermy work. they had to sew a big cut after he fell and hit a rock after I shot him.

He had 9 7/8 horns and scored right at 48.. I wish I knew someone that would get this tag so I can go again

I know a lot of guys like the October coats with long hair but I dig his September coat.

Nice goat! Did you use horses or backpack in? Is the story on here somewhere (link)?

I did both. Started using horses to get in and scout and learned real quick back-packing was the only to get in.

Sweet Mount! Hey, I looked for your thread but couldn't find it. What area did you get him in? I always apply for area 2. It's a long shot but you can't hunt if you don't put in.
