Not sure how far you want to drive but your best bet to see sheep close to your vehicle would be on the east side of Zion National Park toward the east end of the tunnels. There are also good numbers of sheep in the cliffs around Big Water, but both are a fair drive from Cannonville. You would need to do some serious glassing for the Big Water sheep. To see the Zion sheep I'd ask the park attendant as you go into the park where they might be seen this time of year. i have only looked in the Fall.
