Big hatchet mountains

I have been thinking about putting in for the late November rifle hunt in the Big Hatchet mountains in the boot Heel. Is this a good area for deer? Are there some coues in here as well. I just want a little info before I put in. I can trade info on units 21,17, or 19 if interested. Thanks, Gary

Unfortunately you cant hunt the Big Hatchets. Its a WMA. I'm pretty sure the only other thing besides bighorn sheep hunting they allow is javelina hunting.

I was in the little hatchets over the weekend
Huntin some javas did a ton of glassing didn't
see a single deer or any sign I'm sure there's
some but not many....From my experience.

You see any pigs? I am headed down that way Friday. All we saw there last year during the bow hunt was deer and big horn sheep. ended up taking our pigs north of there last year.
