That is what i would say also. Look for the units where the draw odds are the lowest and you should have the better units. From experience the area around Carbon county have yielded some very good lopes.

The winter had it's way with a few of Wyoming's "best" units. Calling a biologist for certain areas you have in mind will yield a lot of info regarding how healthy the antelope are in those areas.
 
Take a guess. After last winters culling, a lot of quality goats took a hit in the desert. Even so, draw odds in that neck of the woods will remain low due to history and reputation. For the time being, I think there are better area's elsewhere in the state. A severe winter this year in other parts of the state could change things yet again...
