I went out this weekend with my hunting Partner Aaron84 and this is what we found. The browns are my biggest to date.

Are those sheds from two different bucks? The coloring is a little different but at the same time it looks like the same buck.. oh and is that horn coming out of the side of that deers head?!

LAST EDITED ON Mar-08-11 AT 09:10PM (MST)[p]nice ones! i would say that they are different bucks though. go find the other sides!

Ya they are two different sheds. I found them within a couple hundred yards of each other. I thought I had a set until I got back to the vehicle, and did some further investigation. They have the same genes, one has more mass and the other has longer tine length. I am going to try and get out this weekend to find the other sides. The only thing I am worried about, is that all of the bucks I have seen, are still packing either one side or both. So I hope they didnt drop one side, and are still carrying the other side, and drop it in a completely different spot. The deadhead does have the one side coming out of the side of his head. He is very unique.

Well I went out today to try to find the other sides, guess what I found? Some dudes Fat Cat tracks all over the place. I kept trying to get away from them, and next thing I knew I would end up hitting his tracks again. He really hit the area hard, so I am guessing that he probably found my other sides. I dont mind if the guy found the other sides, but come on man! Get off your lazy azz and put some miles on your feet!
