Quantum of Solace is out, havent had a chance to see it yet but i will soon. whats your fav. Bond flick? Who was/is the best Bond?

I was always partial to Goldfinger since it was the first Bond movie I saw when I was a kid and of course Sean Connery was my favorite James Bond. Looking forward to seeing the new Bond flick, they are always entertaining.

Casino Royale, hands down, and I have seen them all. Best Bond depends on if you are looking for the Suave, handsome banker type, or the dangerous kick your ass type. Connery for the first, the new guy for the latter.

Casino Royale is no doubt exciting.

But my personal preference is any of them with Sean Connery. The man had class, first and foremost. Still does.

The new ones are simply action figures.

Who was the bond prior to Sean Connery? Most people dont even remember back that far... :)

Barry Nelson, First Actor to Play James Bond, Passes
Barry Nelson, who excelled at playing handsome, "guy next door" types on the big screen and TV, passed away in April at age 89. Until recent years, many movie fans were unaware that Nelson was the first actor to portray James Bond onscreen in the modestly-budgeted 1954 CBS TV live adaptation of Casino Royale. Nelson gave one of his last major interviews to Cinema Retro in which he discussed his unlikely casting as the famed British agent. The interview appears in issue #6 which also presents an extensive history of the Casino Royale legacy. Nelson's big screen features include Airport and The Shining. For an in-depth look at Nelson's career, visit the MI6 website at: http://www.mi6.co.uk/sections/articles/obituary_nelson.php3?t=&s=

I never got into James Bond. I liked Barry Bonds though!

I like the song by Paul McMartney...."Live and Let Die". That was James Bond related, I think.....

For You're Eye's Only.

Without a doubt. I love Sean Conary,
but Rodger Moore IS 007.

No two way's about it.

Not sure which Bond is the best as they all have a uniqueness about them. However I grew up with "For Your Eyes Only" being one of my favorites as well.

LIVE AND LET DIE

FYI - It certainly makes all the Austin Powers movies a LOT funnier if you have seen all the Bond/007 movies.
