I bought one of those high speed hand blenders and found a recipe, then modified it...

In this order: 4-5 ounces of veggie oil followed by a couple of eggs, followed by some vinegar and lemon pepper to taste.


Stick your hand blender on the bottom of the container, then turn it on and beat it to death as you slowly pull the blender up towards the top.

Being the curious guy I am, I tried it once by putting the eggs in first. It did not make mayo...dunno why, but it wouldn't work.

Every year that I go hunting outside of Kali, I look for Dorthy Lynch's Famous Dressing in SMITH'S Stores or any Sam Clubs I see.

Great flavor and it is good to baste Chicken on the BBQ.
