Anyone out there know of any websites that have good deals on ready to shoot bow packages? Any ideas where to look?

No catch, this is just my two cents, but if this bow is for you and you plan on sticking with the archery, I'd go away from the packages. They are ok but in my situation i upgraded right off the bat. I'd have saved money just buying the bow and then purchasing the upgraded sight, rest,...etc.

LAST EDITED ON Mar-11-08 AT 07:38PM (MST)[p]I started out with a PSE package. I was pleased with it. I think Cabela's sells PSE? I agree, depending on what you want to do and what your budget is, I would buy a bow and then buy the accessories you want. Maybe look into a used bow with all of the goodies already on it? If you don't mind me asking...what is your budget?

If you buy a package deal from Cabelas stick with the brand names PSE,Diamond or Parker. I had a outfitters series bow and what a pos it was. If you drew a straight line from limb to limb the bottom limb was out a 1/2" from the top limb.

I second HuntersFriend.com they will make any package for you. If its not listed just ask.

Got mine from hunterfriend.com they worked out great for me. They were fast and bow was set up nice,
