this bull has been hanging around my house all winter and the before and after pictures were taken from my house.his antlers and his beds & feeding area were all in a 40 acre area.
this last Monday after the storm here in Colorado
Wednesday morning just two red holes where the antlers were
I found his left antler in a bed in the snow
his right where he was feeding less than a 1/4 mi. away
both antlers back together later Wednesday morning. I think he shed his left on monday and right on tuesday.Following his tracks in the snow(he was by himself) made it a lot easier to find his antlers.interesting note is that the first thing he dug up in the snow and fed on after the storm when he left his bed was patch of prickly pear cactus! heath, montrose colorado
