We laugh, we cry, we love
Go hard when the going's tough
Push back, come push and shove
Knock us down, we'll get back up again and again
We are Members of the Huntin Crowd!

They must not have many beavers in Nevada. Driving through last year I noticed the premium prices.

It's written in the good Book that we'll never be asked to take more than we can. Sounds like a good plan, so bring it on!

An explorer would starve today if he were collecting beaver for the pelts. Pretty rare these days to find a good prime pelt. However, I don't know if those early explorers were aware of the delicious flavor of fresh beaver as table fare. I would think that prime pelts, natural oils and good taste may not all go hand in hand.

There's no such thing as a prime pelt nowadays but they're still beautiful if you stretch them correctly! It's a real art and many have lost it or never had it in the first place.
