Beaver dam question?

I spent the week on Boulder mtn trying to get some fishing in. One of our favorite spots to fish is Antimony Creek. It's a fun atv ride down to the creek and usually great fishing. We got down there to find that the beaver dams had been blown up since last fall. All the good holes to fish have been destroyed. Why does the F&G/Forest service do this? Anyone have any insight to this? Why do we try to play mother nature?

Them Beaver chew the same Tree's down that the Elk Rub on Anthro!

The DWR & USFS know's Best!

I don't care if they're big or small!
If they throw lead I like em all!

Here locally I'd like to know how much money they have wasted on Beavers?

It is the local water right owers (local ditch company) not the USFS and DWR that is forcing the issue. There is actually a plan to bring some beavers back onto the Boulder right now.
I agree they make some prety damn good fishing holes! Too bad there is too much money and power involved with water in the west.
