bear hunt ?

just wanted to know if this bugs anyone like it does me. Ive put in for bear for 3 years now and I know thats not alot but have not drawn. but while hunting found two dead bears and called them in. they were killed by state trappers, they killed 4 total just in the area we hunt. why do they not let other hunters have a chance at getting one.

They were probably killing livestock....maybe got hungery after a long winter sleep
