BBQ grill stuff

I got this new grill because the other one caught fire. Yup, I was gonna power wash the grease trap after the (then) current cook, and, it was a poor decision.

Anyway, I got this new pellet grill. WiFi stuff, app on the phone so I can change temps from the comfort of my fat man chair.

The essobee took me darn near three days to assemble. Heavy; at almost 300lbs. I was unsure about pellet grilling, but, so far it is easy, once you read the instructions.
