BARBARY SHEEP

I was wondering if anyone knew any information on Barbary sheep near the Las Cruces area? I would like to know if it is worth it to buy the license and if anyone could point me in the general direction. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well,
I just moved to Las Cruces about 8 months ago, and I have been doing a little research and from what I have gathered we need to head east to get in to the Barbary sheep country. I have a buddy I met from Alamo that says he has some spotted over that way but other than that you have to be east of Ruidoso, and I here alot of them are on private. But theres got to be a few around on the public I would think.
Ugly looking things but I would sure like a crack at one. They kind of look like somebody shoved a 2x4 down the front of there face. Anyways good luck
